This is a first attempt at writing a BBEdit Codeless Language Module for the Smarty templating system.
Limitations: Smarty templating tags are used in regular HTML files. Smarty tags and HTML tags cannot both be
syntax coloured at the same time. I have attempted to alleviate this with some hackery in the definition of
string delimiters, which is explained in detail in comments in the source.

Usefulness: limited. Nice when editing the php.ini file with BBEdit. Based on the php.ini for PHP 5.0.3.
